Skip to content Dr. Daniel Ormeni, is a Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Cedar Park who grew up in Washington State. He graduated from the University of Washington with a double major in Environmental Engineering and Chemistry. He then earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, graduating with honors in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and receiving awards from the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. During dental school, he also obtained a Master’s in Public Health.
Dr. Ormeni continued his specialty training by completing a one-year internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. He then completed the remainder of his training at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport, LA—a broad-scope oral surgery program where he trained alongside highly respected, world-renowned oral surgeons, including Dr. G.E. Ghali.
This broad-scope residency trained Dr. Ormeni in the full range of surgical procedures that distinguish an oral and maxillofacial surgeon from a general dentist — from complex wisdom teeth removal and dental implant placement to jaw surgery, facial trauma reconstruction, facial cosmetic surgery, and full arch All-on-X implant restorations.
