Dr. Daniel Ormeni is a Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who grew up in Washington State. He graduated from the University of Washington with a double major in environmental engineering and chemistry. He then received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, graduating with honors in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and receiving awards from the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. During dental school, he also obtained a Master in Public Health.
He continued his specialty training by completing a one-year internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at John Peter Smith in Fort Worth, TX. He then completed the rest of his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport, LA, a broad-scope oral surgery program where he worked alongside highly trained, world-renowned oral surgeons, including Dr. G.E. Ghali. Dr. Ormeni gained extensive training in dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, anesthesia, TMJ surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and reconstruction, airway management, treatment of complex surgical airways, head and neck oncological surgery and reconstruction, sleep apnea surgery, cleft lip palate, and craniofacial surgery.
